1. For our Dental Office Customers:

Only non-consumable products (i.e. Amalgam Separators, Amalgam Separator Cartridges, Chairside Amalgam Recycling Kits, Pharmaceutical Waste Disposal Kits, Sharps & Medical Waste Disposal Kit, and XRay Lead Recycling Kits) may be returned.  Return requests for these items must be made within 30 days of the original order.  To ensure compliance and safety for all of our customers, consumable products, including amalgam separator cartridges, chairside amalgam recycling buckets, and similar items, may not be returned at any time.

2. For our Distributor Partners:

Please be aware that all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and associated costs, we do not accept returns on any products. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

3. Exchanges for Ordering Errors:

If you, as a customer, have accidentally ordered the wrong product, we can assist in exchanging it for the correct model. Please note that a restocking fee (which varies according to the product and quantity returned) may apply, and you must contact us within 30 days of your order being placed.
